Residential Utilities

In this section you can learn more about various utilities offered and about how you can sign up for them.

The Residential Utility Billing FAQ answers common questions about the utilities offered to Rossville residents.

To apply to set up utilities please return the Utilities Application for Residents, and include a $75 meter deposit.

If you are electronically sending your application and paying the meter deposit online, you will need also to send along with the service application and deposit positive identification using the Positive Identification Form for Utility Signup.

To setup Autopay for Water service, read the AutoPay Information Form and fill the AutoPay Setup Form.
