On October 24th, 2023 Quality Built Construction, LLC broke ground on the first phase of the Rossville Community Trail. Phase one of the trail begins near Highway 24 and extends toward the southeast corner of the Kaw Valley USD 321 property. On November 3, 2023 the last of the concrete was added to the first phase. A water station and bench are to be added to phase one at a later date. More phases of construction are to take place in the future.
